Stellar Crisis Open Championship

Since 2011, the Stellar Crisis Open Championship has taken place every year beginning on the last Saturday of July. Registration is free and opens one week before the tournament begins. The tournament is played on the Rocket Empires server.

The 2024 Stellar Crisis Open Championship will begin on Saturday, July 27. Registration will open on Saturday, July 20. Register at sc.rocketempires.com.

First appearing in 1995, Stellar Crisis is the first multiplayer strategy game to be fully playable with just a web browser. Then and now, no downloads are required! Players take turns simultaneously and their moves are processed when the turn ends. Maps are generated randomly, so every game is different. Read the tutorial and start nuking your friends today!
